Easy sections might have relatively generous checkpoints, while harder areas with lengthy text discussions between Moody and the humans won't see checkpoints for 15 - 30 minutes, forcing you to trudge through dull combat scenarios or sit
through duller story upon restarting.

Without fail, the
dullest installment in any superhero movie franchise is the origin
story, during which audiences anxiously awaiting The Big Bad Guy have to suffer
through, yaaaawn, scenes of childhood trauma, romantic tragedy, and other expository effluvia, by which point the closing credits are fast approaching.
A lousy script, unfocused direction, incoherent editing, shockingly terrible special effects — and, probably, panicked studio executives — have left its four talented stars muddling

There's certainly more of a focus on characters and
story here than Tail Concerto ever had, though it could hardly be called integrated — the majority of the game is spent tapping A to skip
through dialogue sequences which, if it weren't for the awesome character portraits (some of which will probably be enough to push borderline furries over the edge) replete with inexplicable bubbles of French speech, would run the risk of quickly growing
dull.
The
story is a little
dull and cheesy, but still fun to play
through.
One issue with the single - player
story is that it is a little
dull and where the game does shine is
through an objective based 5v5 multiplayer which is actually rather fun to play for and against other people online.
The repetitive nature of the combat and overall
dull conviction in voice acting makes playing
through the 25 - 30 hour
story less than exciting.
