Ever since I put it up, I get a few nasty messages every week from people who think I am a lying heretic leading poor lost souls to the pit of hell
through false teaching and heretical ideas.
However they can be deceived
through false teaching bringing confusion into their life.

We want to be firmly planted in the Word, like a tree by streams of living water, that bears fruit in season, it's leaves don't whither in the drought, it doesn't blow over with all kinds of trends and
false teachings, it is there
through thick and thin, when the sun is shining and the rain is pouring, that is the kind of church we want to be.»
I went
through the same experience of studying the bible for years and realizing that it was full of contradiction and
false teaching.
And
through teaching, the pastor warns and protects his flock against
false ideas, damaging and destructive philosophies, and wolves in sheep's clothing who want to kill and destroy the flock.
The hostility arises instead from the general Christian assumption that since our
teaching is true, any
teaching that differs from ours must be
false, and from the belief that salvation can be found only
through Jesus Christ.
We could go
through the centuries of church history and list one heresy after another, one
false teaching after another.
And it is the Holy Spirit that will put the cap on the
false teachings, and do it in love, if we let Him work
through us together.
