There are two main ways to increase the amount of MCT in your diet —
through whole food sources or supplements such as MCT oil.
I prefer to get
them through whole food sources of protein but the increased muscle breakdown with a higher volume of training (even my more - optimized schedule is higher in volume) makes supplementation a smart thing.
