tide is hollow and shallow and not for the faint hearted with only experienced surfers recommended to surf this then, especially when there is some size to it.

Fistral beach is a relatively consistent beach
break and can produce good surfing
waves through out the

Firstly, most of the

breaks; a surfer will probably stop surfing at high
tide when the
waves become fat and difficult to catch but a body boarder can still have fun on the shore

My 5.45 PM surf check on the Reefs was showing a nice improvement size wise with chest to over head
waves breaking on Middle Reef while the
tide was just starting to run back in.
