Pre heat the oven at 420 ℉ / 200 ℃ and bake

Place
tilapia filets onto baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes at 350F or until they begin to brown.
When I measure out my 7oz of tilapia, it usually works out to 6 or 7
tilapia filets and I have to split it between two meals (meaning I actually end up eating two lean and green meals that day, for a total of seven meals).
