read that article a long time ago, didn't help.no different than once a personal trainer told me if i wanted to lose weight, lift weights.don't do any cardio.u can't lose weight doing cardio.told her she needed to find a new job.i'll stick to my cardio
till i hit my goal weight and then hit the gym to put the muscle back on.must be doing something right.went from size 40 waist to 32.
