Time PADI Open Water Scuba Dive Instructor
With two full
time PADI instructors on hand as well as the best diving in North Sulawesi right on our doorstep we offer the best place to jump into diving!
Our PADI advance open water course was a great deal of excitement and was just the second step towards becoming a full
time PADI Open Water Scuba Dive Instructor, but first we were required to obtain more experience in what is referred to as «fun dives.»

Now in our 20th year, our training department includes two full -
time PADI Course Directors, each being dedicated to the safe instruction and the enjoyment of scuba diving.
This card is valid for 90 days, during which
time PADI headquarters will create a permanent card for you.
Becoming a Divemaster trainee or «Dmt» is 6 to 8 week commitment where you become a part of our family, learning all the ins and outs of the dive industry, besides learning the full practical and theory of the PADI Divemaster course, we like to put in the extra effort such as weekly fish identifying competitions, extensive guide training with our eagle eyed local dive guides, dive sales training and more ensuring by the end of the course you have what it takes to be a full
time PADI Divemaster

PADI Open Water videos and answer the questions, before spending the afternoon going through the knowledge reviews and exams with Bryce.

More Fun We think that the new format of the
PADI Divemaster Course is alot more fun since candidates spend alot more
time on the dive boats.
After a day of learning dive theory, it was
time to begin the three - day practical side of the
PADI dive course, consisting of one training session in a swimming pool and two open water dives.

PADI certified or try scuba diving Maui for the first

Many people choose to get certified with the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (
PADI) while on their travels, but if you're short on
time or would prefer to get stuck right in once you get there, you can complete some courses from home.
There is an Instructor Development Course on the mainland in October and we are very interested in stepping up another rung in the
PADI ladder so we're looking into that, but for the
time being, we are nomads and loving it!

Once all of this is completed then it's
time to say well done, you are now a certified
PADI Scuba Diver.
If you're short on
time but really want to become a diver, the
PADI Scuba Diver rating might be right for you ̶ particularly if you expect to go scuba diving primarily with a dive guide.
Particularly if you expect to go scuba diving primarily in the company of a dive guide or if you have limited
time to devote to scuba certification, consider becoming a
PADI Scuba Diver.
But very often while teaching
PADI Open Water courses or diving with first
time divers we get the full finger point and a shrug of the shoulders when passing by these strange sea cucumbers.
It's
time to Go Pro and become a
PADI Divemaster or a
PADI Instructor.
This course requires less
time than the
PADI Open Water Diver course, covering only the first three of five sections of knowledge development, the first three of five confined open water sessions, and the first two of four open water training dives, resulting in a limited certification.
We employ around 15 western diving staff (
PADI instructors and
PADI Divemasters) depending on the
time of year, these come from all over the world, but are mostly European, Australian and American.
You will spend the majority of your
time on this expedition scuba diving and as such you need to be qualified to at least
PADI Open Water, or equivalent.
This two day diving course is designed to accommodate those divers that do not have enough
time to complete the full
PADI Open Water Diver course but want to get started with their diving adventure.

Though you must finish the online portion of the course within that
