Hey Ella, I baked these amazing muffins over the weekend and I'm surprised there are still any left, they're so nice I wanted to eat them all in one I read the comments beforehand and to fix the «burnt top / raw inside» issue I squeezed all of the moisture out of the zucchini before adding it to the mix and I also
cooked it at gas mark 4 (180C) for the same amount of
time listed in your
recipe.
And I found they took 25 minutes to
cook, rather than 20 (whereas, generally,
times in
recipes work for my oven).
I use your

time and 99 % of what I
cook and eat is out of them.

cooking times.
Yes, lovely
recipe but we found that with a smaller joint of meat and the same
cook times, it was rare in places.
Many of the
recipes come together in 30 minutes, and the ones that don't will give you plenty of downtime, so that while your dinner is busy
cooking away, you're off finishing your novel, doing your nails or whatever it is you do in your spare
time.

Overall the
recipe tastes good, but
cooking time wasn't even close.

recipe is great for meal - preppers like myself or people who don't have a lot of
time to
cook, because you basically do all of the hard work the night before and then throw everything together when you're ready to eat it.
The hands - on part of this low carb chicken Shawarma
recipe is very quick and easy, although you do have to allow a couple of hours for marinating and
cooking time (about an hour marinating in the fridge and an hour in the oven).
