This is a great recipe, but as I am cooking this, I am having a hard
time cooking the quinoa evenly.
It was my first
time cooking quinoa (easy!)
I regularly use my Instant Pot to cook vegetarian chili, curry and lentil soup, but this was the first
time cooking quinoa in this handy pressure cooker.

times cook the quinoa with a mix of both water and either vegetable broth or chicken broth, and then season the mix with a pinch of each onion powder and garlic powder to give the quinoa some added flavor.

cook this week than ever but no desire to make anything other than pumpkin
quinoa stuffing.

time, with pot uncovered.
(You can also

If you're in a
time crunch, you can skip this step or you can substitute a quick -

I had a the flour sitting on the counter top, and a good amount of leftover
cooked quinoa in my refrigerator at the

Another plus, lentils and

time so you can easily whip them up together in one pan.
