Summer has turned into a vacation from healthy eating, and children are getting plenty of «screen time» but not enough playtime to compensate for warm weather faves such as ice cream and lemonade.

And — my fave thing to do is go to the Farmer's mkt on Saturday mornings, and then make Sunday sit down supper out of it — love buying directly from local small time guys, and the organic meats — yum.
