I have been itching to have the chance to bake a Mushroom Quiche and when my friends in the Sunday Supper Movement Community posted the «sleepover foods» topic
for this weeks recipe inspiration I knew it was my
time to honor Julia once
again, after all what is better to wake up to after a sleep - over than a slice of warm quiche
for brunch.
However, as Sundays are
for easy
brunch looks, I thought it was about
time to get them back out
again!
It had been a long
time since I last wore my Missoni
for Target little knit dress so I thought going to
brunch to see my friend Karin who's pregnant and came from NYC to spend a few days here in Indy was the perfect occasion to wear that
again, I was surprisingly pleased with the look especially wearing it with the oh - so - pretty Kate Spade blue bag (that goes perfectly with the blue from the dress).
There was also
time for NY slice, a walk through the Hester Street Fair (which is partly where Dose Market gets its inspiration in Chicago — more fashion and food in one area than I could possibly conquer), a Spanish - inspired alfresco
brunch at Salinas and a late - night kalbi run on 32nd Street (
again, run - of - the - mill and no comparison to Chicago Kalbi or San Soo Gab San), but today, it's all about the Beards.
