What you say I've got ta eat my workout... Well again thank you... I haven't been eating them, I'm eating healthy and feel great, but was concerned... Cause inches and pounds are coming off at a slow pace and I didn't want that to end... I did recently add to my workout circuit training... More burn... Again thank y

time being, i'm trying to get into the grove of having to do it everyday... sucks that it takes 66 days to form a habit though, none the less I am trying my best.
Cotton doesn't however, work well
for workout clothes because cotton is heavily absorbent (it can absorb up to three
times its own weight), so when you sweat in cotton it's much harder to get it dry
again.
Rachelle Leah constantly nags you
for pre-fight interviews, predictions, and press
workouts to boost your popularity, but you gain enough popularity just by winning fights and these events sap one week of precious training
time (
again, mostly to prevent decay).
Zolo says to expect 3 hours or so of playback
time before the buds need to be charged

for me, since I'd just pop»em back in the case when I was done with my
