I wanted to add an easy inexpensive punch recipe that ALWAYS
goes over good at any function - I mix no name brand gingerale with pink lemonade from concentrate until the flavour is just right and to spice things up i slice up lemon wedges and grapefruit slices, lime wedges and whatever fruit i have lying around and make them ahead of
time into ice chunks;
helps to
keep the punch cool and each guest will get a little bit of fruit in their glass as well - my favourite thing about this is that you can make ahead of

Time for some brutal honesty... this team, as it stands, is in no better position to compete next season than they were 12 months ago, minus the fact that some fans have been easily snowed by the acquisition of Lacazette, the free transfer LB and the release of Sanogo... if you look at the facts carefully you will see a team that still has far more questions than answers... to better show what I mean by this statement I will briefly discuss the current state of affairs on a position - by - position basis... in goal we have 4 potential candidates, but in reality we have only 1 option with any real future and somehow he's the only one we have actively tried to get rid of for years because he and his father were a little too involved on social media and he got caught smoking (funny how people still defend Wiltshire under the same and far worse circumstances)... you would think we would want to keep any goaltender that Juventus had interest in, as they seem to have a pretty good history when it comes to that position... as far as the defenders on our current roster there are only a few individuals whom have the skill and / or youth worthy of our time and / or investment, as such we should get rid of anyone who doesn't meet those simple requirements, which means we should get rid of DeBouchy, Gibbs, Gabriel, Mertz and loan out Chambers to see if last seasons foray with Middlesborough was an anomaly or a prediction of things to come... some fans have lamented wildly about the return of Mertz to the starting lineup due to his FA Cup performance but these sort of pie in the sky meanderings are indicative of what's wrong with this club and it's wishy - washy fan - base... in addition to these moves the club should aggressively pursue the acquisition of dominant and mobile CB to stabilize an all too fragile defensive group that has self - destructed on numerous occasions over the past 5 seasons... moving forward and building on our need to re-establish our once dominant presence throughout the middle of the park we need to target a CDM then do whatever it takes to get that player into the fold without any of the usual nickel and diming we have become famous for (this kind of ruthless haggling has cost us numerous special players and certainly can't help make the player in question feel good about the way their future potential employer feels about them)... in order for us to become dominant again we need to be strong up the middle again from Goalkeeper to CB to DM to ACM to striker, like we did in our most glorious years before and during Wenger's reign... with this in mind, if we want Ozil to be that dominant attacking midfielder we can't keep leaving him exposed to constant ridicule about his lack of defensive prowess and provide him with the proper players in the final third... he was never a good defensive player in Real or with the German National squad and they certainly didn't suffer as a result of his presence on the pitch... as for the rest of the midfield the blame falls squarely in the hands of Wenger and Gazidis, the fact that Ramsey, Ox, Sanchez and even Ozil were allowed to regularly start when none of the aforementioned had more than a year left under contract is criminal for a club of this size and financial might... the fact that we could find money for Walcott and Xhaka, who weren't even guaranteed starters, means that our whole business model needs a complete overhaul... for me it's time to get rid of some serious deadweight, even if it means selling them below what you believe their market value is just to simply right this ship and change the stagnant culture that currently exists... this means saying goodbye to Wiltshire, Elneny, Carzola, Walcott and Ramsey... everyone, minus Elneny, have spent just as much time on the training table as on the field of play, which would be manageable if they weren't so inconsistent from a performance standpoint (excluding Carzola, who is like the recent version of Rosicky — too bad, both will be deeply missed)... in their places we need to bring in some proven performers with no history of injuries... up front, although I do like the possibilities that a player like Lacazette presents, the fact that we had to wait so many years to acquire some true quality at the striker position falls once again squarely at the feet of Wenger... this issue highlights the ultimate scam being perpetrated by this club since the arrival of Kroenke: pretend your a small market club when it comes to making purchases but milk your fans like a big market club when it comes to ticket prices and merchandising... I believe the reason why Wenger hasn't pursued someone of Henry's quality, minus a fairly inexpensive RVP, was that he knew that they would demand players of a similar ilk to be brought on board and that wasn't possible when the business model was that of a «selling» club... does it really make sense that we could only make a cheeky bid for Suarez, or that we couldn't get Higuain over the line when he was being offered up for half the price he eventually went to Juve for, or that we've only paid any interest to strikers who were clearly not going to press their current teams to let them go to Arsenal like Benzema or Cavani... just part of the facade that finally came crashing down when Sanchez finally called their bluff... the fact remains that no one wants to win more than Sanchez, including Wenger, and although I don't agree with everything that he has done off the field, I would much rather have Alexis front and center than a manager who has clearly bought into the Kroenke model in large part due to the fact that his enormous ego suggests that only he could accomplish great things without breaking the bank... unfortunately that isn't possible anymore as the game has changed quite dramatically in the last 15 years, which has left a largely complacent and complicit Wenger on the outside looking in... so don't blame those players who demanded more and were left wanting... don't blame those fans who have tried desperately to raise awareness for several years when cracks began to appear... place the blame at the feet of those who were well aware all along of the potential pitfalls of just such a plan but continued to follow it even when it was no longer a financial necessity, like it ever really wa

With Seville trailing 2 - 1 away to Shaktar Donetsk in the UEFA Cup, keeper Andres Palop rescued the Spanish side by heading home from a corner four minutes into injury
time to
help keep his side in the competition that they
went on to win in 2006.
Three crucial saves, including a penalty
helped Barcelona
keep the scoreline at 1 - 0
going into the half -
time break.
I
kept an eye on her, suggesting it was
time to use the potty (which
helped her) and as the days
went by she decided herself and announced she had to
go.
It can
help to
keep a chart or diary of when he regularly wets or soils himself so that you will know the best
times to have him sit on the potty and maximize your chances that he has to
go.
Being a mum
helped me understanding more the fascinating world of babies, their needs and the environment they come from and made me realise how quicly
time goes and how precious is to
keep as many memories as we can of our babies.
And so, spending that
time with your partner reconnecting and also for the partner to really kind of learn the baby's signals too, so that way, you know, the partner can
help keep the baby awake while the baby's feeding in those first couple of week, rubbing the palms, rubbing the baby's back, rubbing the mom's shoulders, because a lot of women tend to breastfeed with their shoulders up to their ears, [Laughs] and they need, you know, some
help to kind of relax their body, and partners can do lots of skin - to - skin before and after feedings, so, there is nothing like smelling a brand new baby on your chest and again, it kind of
goes back to what you had mentioned about skin - to - skin being, you know, so important for the baby and so, mom's not the only person who has the opportunity to do that.
by getting pregnant again:P lol but they have both had their own beds for more then 2 yrs available to them, and they had many
times slept in them... But I am currently thinking of getting a bigger bed so when my 5.5 mth old is a bit bigger the boys can come in with us again if they want (on occasion I wake up to find one or the other in bed with me and the baby and I love it;) I know it might sound like I have taken on a lot to
keep them all with me for so long, but in reality the
time has
went by far too fast, and the memories of those nights I love and cherish them now... what works for me might not work for others, I have heard of so many safe and wonderful co-sleeping (or sharing) ways that family's have came up with, what works for some wont work for others, so it is best to look into it to find the best way that works for your family:) drmamma.org has some wonderful tips and suggestions... if you want t talk more, feel free to respond I would be glad to
help in anyway I can:)
They
help me to
keep going when I'm having a hard
time.
ABBY THEURING: And having you know a group of people that support you and are always
helping you up and you know
helping you through the rough

keep going.
5.5 more weeks to
go, so I'm hoping these exercises
keep helping, so I can continue to work full -
time and play with my 2 - year old.
Without
help, I have no freaking clue how I'd write, work with clients, be around for my kids as much as I am,
keep my house clean,
go on a date night once a week, cook dinner 6
times a week, pack school lunch 5
times a week, make sure that my family has clean laundry — and even make sure that I get a pedicure when I want one.
If he woke up, I would let him cry for a bit to allow him
time to try to soothe himself, (around 15 min) then if he couldn't
go back to sleep, which was almost always what happened before he turned 3 months, I would
go in and
help soothe him back to sleep because I knew he was so tired and he really needed his sleep, and it
helped keep the schedule.
Encouraging kids to solve problems on their own will very much
help them in their future endeavors — something to
keep in mind the next
time you're ready to throw in the towel and show them which block
goes where yourself!
I pack a frozen organic yogurt tube in my kids lunches — by the
time lunch rolls around, the tube is ready to
go and has
helped keep the rest of the lunch cool.
We feel the following rules are the most critical for every child to know, because let's face it, you won't be able to be there with them 24 hours a day, and though we may worry every
time they're not within our visual range, being sure that they know these rules will
help keep them safe and feeling safe wherever they
go.
Keeping your phone out of sight when you are having a conversation will also
help you focus, while
going digital - free during the weekends and holidays will truly claw back your leisure
time.
If you are
going to do it part
time, any number of cloth diapers will
help keep your disposable diaper bill down.
As many of us have a summer season of lawn mowing ahead of us, it seemed like a good
time to
go over some tips to
help keep everyone safe.
Even if he is
going to work the next morning, it will
help to
keep you sane during the day if he's able to
help put the baby back to sleep at least one of the multiple
times he / she will wake up throughout the night.
With all this
going on and
keeping baby alert, it can make it harder for them to settle and fall off to sleep, so
help by creating calming sleep associations at bedtime and nap
times.
I would say just talk to them about the potty read up on babycenter about the different things to
help the process along because even if they are not talking that much they still may give off many non verbal clues of having to
go potty. However if they are really not ready try potty training
keep a onesie on in the day
time with their clothing and a blanket sleeper on at night that way they hopefully won't be able to get to the dirty diaper before you.My dd is 19 months as well and I have been training her sort of by letting her sit on the potty I have only let her use the one that
goes on the big toilet but she peed in it once and she often will say she has to pee when in the bathroom but will sit and not do anything and get little pieces of tissue off the roll and push it into toilet this is her renditon of wiping even though the tissue does not really come in contact with any areas that need to be wiped I have slacked off on the training because she can not pull her pants up and down which is on the list of things kids need to be able to do to
go by themseleves.Maybe just get them a few books and videos and a potty chair and talk to your dd's and see what happens you may be surpised.HTH
During this
time the US
helped both sides, each side just enough so that they wouldn't lose the war and then
helped the other side to
keep the conflict
going.
This policy would
go a long way in
helping them
keep some of their money in these tough economic
times.
I think of our emergency services and armed forces working to
keep people safe; our NHS staff, care workers, and all those
keeping our public services
going; and the many volunteers who are giving their
time to
help those in need.
Haters of truth and sentimentalists will call for Oshekomes head, byt will foolishly turn blind eyes to the fact that he have outlaid a child who depends on the father or relative being the invigilator to pass exams will always fail the exam on the day his father or relation is not in the exams hall, that is the case of the EFCC and the FGN, they relied on the judiciary to
help them rubbish their opposition or faces they do not like, and have always lost cases because their candidates in the judiciary were not assigned their cases and that is the same head of EFCC Magu that the president
keep nominating for confirmation, even when reports indicted him, this recent looses have to confirm to doubting Thomas that Magu is just the best because he can do the dirty work for the APC and Buhari, not because he is the best in corruption fight, I wish there is a listening and discerning government in place back there in Nigeria, they would have known that there is a vacuum as far as EFCC is concerned and use the
time to shop for a head that will deliver, it also confirms the fact that the «So called fight against corruption» Is a BIG lie and propaganda, just a wipe to flog opposition into their line, shame on the clapping members and the O yes members who will never hear any criticisms concerning Buhari or anything he does good or bad, bitter or sweet dem

Keeping these 6 strategies in mind
helps me stay on track when I'm short on
time, in situations where I can't cook or shop for everything I want to cook, and when I'm on the
go.
I don't always have
time to prep food every week (though I do every chance I get) and I travel frequently — and I'm often very busy and on the
go — so I have a simple checklist that I
keep in mind that
helps me stay on track in a variety of situations.
Help keep your energy up: While those carbs are digesting, they are providing your body the fuel it needs to
go full force, for hours at a
time.
And for a vegan bodybuilder who must unfortunatelly play tetris with the food sources that he choses in order to give to his body the right ammounts of aminos, restricting SPI and soy foods so much does not make his goal any easier. There are sometimes that you need a meal thats complete with aminos and soy provides that meal with the additional benefits of lacking the saturated fats trans cholesterol and other endothelium inflammatory factors.I'm not saying that someone should
go all the way to 200gr of SPI everyday or consuming a kilo of soy everyday but some servings of soy now and then even every day or the use of SPI which
helps in positive nitrogen balance does not put you in the cancer risk team, thats just OVERexaggeration.Exercise, exposure to sunlight, vegan diet or for those who can not something as close to vegan diet, fruits and vegetables which contains lots of antioxidants and phtochemicals, NO STRESS which is the global killer, healthy social relationships,
keeping your cortisol and adrenaline levels down (except the necessary
times), good sleep and melatonin function, clean air, no radiation, away from procceced foods and additives like msg etc and many more that i can not even remember is the key to longevity. As long as your immune system is functioning well and your natural killer cells TP53 gene and many other cancer inhibitors are good and well, no cancer will ever show his face to you. With that logic we shouldn't eat ANY ammount of protein and we should
go straight to be breatharians living only with little water and sunlight exposure cause you like it or not the raise of IGF1 is inevitable i know that raise the IGF1 sky high MAYBE is not the best thing but we are not talking about external hormones and things like this.Stabby raccoon also has a point. And even if you still worry about the consumption of soy... http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21711174.
