times in a spice grinder or crush spices with the end of a flat rolling pin or jar.

times in the span of a half an hour) earlier this year, I finally broke down and bought a

I took the Bob's Red Mill Blanched Almond Meal / Flour and doing 1/2 cup at a
time, pulsed it
