mama time outs («calm - downs», «breaks») but have heard it's good to do them in a way that doesn't emphasise that the separation is due to the child's behavior (maybe by taking a bathroom break, heading to your room to «get something» or some other errand in another room....).
All of my second

mama friends have said that it's a breeze although the thought of it does freak me
out.
This is exactly how I felt and when I think about it now, I feel a little badly that there might have been some
time that she should have been on my chest that she wasnt or that maybe I did nt do it right... but NOW, you do anything to my little LadyBug, watch

This may not be true for every family, but for us — when we don't build in
