I am a night
time snacker and these are going to be perfect for me!!!
Since I am a big
time snacker I like to keep my fridge and cabinets stocked with foods I know I won't go overboard with and if I do hey I'm eating healthy!

I'm not typically a big
snacker but when I do feel like something to nibble on I have the hardest
time deciding.
As it turns out, F is more of a sprint
snacker and we're also a lot more mobile this
time — probably a mix of confidence and necessity — and pretty much do most things with a baby on the boob.
Snackers like to eat for just a few minutes at a
time and eat frequently, sometimes as much as a five minutes every thirty minutes.
I'm not a
snacker; I eat around four meals a day (including or sometimes in addition to a post-workout meal) and am not really a «dessert» person, even though I definitely don't eat Whole30 all the
time.
Most of the
time, if I plan ahead, I am a smart
snacker.
I'm a frequent
snacker — I eat every three hours or so and recommend the same to my clients to keep blood sugar levels stable, to keep energy levels high, to keep cravings at bay and to keep from overeating at meal
times due to extreme hunger.
this sounds great but I barely manage to eat twice a day most days I can't imagine eating 5
times a day I am (always have been this way) rarely hungry and never been a «
snacker»... some of this I can do easy but that and the increase in protein idk
I'm inside almost all the
time with my new winter environment and while I've never been a
snacker, I am eating heavier foods because of the cold and also feeling kind of sluggish — which could be the lack of exercise.
