I know I'll be spending lots
of time baking bread over the next couple of weeks.
I also love to nest, just
spent time baking cranberry, pumpkin muffins, bread and tiny cakes to freeze and have on hand for gifts....
Granted, I haven't been posting all that often lately but that was also the last
time I baked something sweet outside of blogging as well.
I was unsure of using coconut oil, as I have had an awful
time baking cookies with it in the past.
I'm looking forward to the cooler weather so I can spend
more time baking in the kitchen without melting!
When I have
free time I bake, just made some lemon and ginger cookies if you'd like one.

time baking gluten free bread, you should know that it will not turn out quite as light and fluffy as wheat bread.
