milks for some
time as I have an allergy to cow's
milk, they are a great alternative for people who are also lactose intolerant and are vegetarians or
vegans.
While I usually make my
vegan ice cream with just full - fat coconut
milk, this
time I added cashews to give it extra creaminess.
