The EJC attended and testified
during community hearings on the proposed
budget and met with Councilmembers (and their staff) to discuss the collaborative delivery system of the King County legal aid providers that works to ensure the needs of low - income people are met in a
timely and effective manner and to illustrate the need for restoring and expanding funding for legal aid.
