If the rubric specifies that only such things as the number, length, quality, and accuracy of the posts are graded and not such things as «
timely contribution to
discussion,» the instructor can not dock students any
points for making all of his or her posts
for the week between 10:00 pm and 11:55 pm on Sunday.
They reject the type of cost - effective and
timely advice a litigator has given them — and although represented are often
pointed to as examples of people ill - served by the «system» even though none of the studies (that at least I have seen) have allowed us to distinguish whether they got good advice relative to the nature and amount of the claim at a time that could have allowed
for a successful settlement
discussion.
