We sleep together as I've found that it's the easiest thing to do as I have to get up several
times at night anyway.

This is something new to me as most of my inspirations come
at night before bed or in the morning when I am pretty sure my kids don't want dinner for breakfast or dessert for dinner (well dessert for dinner I guess they wouldn't mind all to much -
anyway the point is my inspirations tend to come
at the wrong
times and I have to wait to embark on them).
The only one who was part of my social circle worked part -
time during the day (naps, swaps, a small nanny share) but mostly worked
at night (worked well for the nature of his job
anyway), which is why we never invited him to join us.
Another reason I'd like to just take care of both of them
at once is, since there's likely to be
night -
time commotion
anyway, I'd rather they were both awake for a good reason.
I'm more creative
at night anyway, so I've accepted it and instead of trying to force creativity to happen before lunch
time, I spend my mornings doing some of the tedious things like e-mailing, writing out to - do lists, and generally getting organized for the day.
I did not know him, had only spoken to him a few
times on the way past his cottage when I was out with Lyra most often
at quite an early hour, and I suddenly felt like going back in again and forgetting all about it; what could I do
anyway, but now he must have seen the light of my torch, and it was too late, and after all there was something about this character I could barely make out there in the
night alone.
I was awake
at an ungodly hour last
night anyway (long story), so yes, I downloaded the game, and I was playing by around 4:40 a.m. local
time — and I kept playing for about eight hours straight -LRB-!)
The Solros system appears to start
at about $ US 1,000; that's obviously a lot cheaper than a window but not as cheap as a good quality LED system, which you probably still need for
night time anyway.
Where I live, a good alternative to air conditioning is to blow nighttime air into the house from about midnight to 6 am; this is way less expensive, but as you guessed from the
time frame, not an ideal application for solar power, and electricity from the grid is cheaper
at night anyway.
