As my fitness increased so did my mileage, managed to lose alot of weight and by summer
time I was riding 30 - 50 miles aday on my road bike, 6 days
aweek, I had boundless energy and motivation, sometimes ever going out once in the morning then again in the evening, longest ride was 75 miles, life was good, I was hooked on cycling, it was my passion, my confidence increased so much when I started getting compliments on how good I look having gotten into shape....
