last seasons pathetic 5th place finish. To not win the EL and finish outside the Top 4 will surely be the end for this Manager.Surely

Barca B would be the following: Cillessen RB: Vidal (he's not a starter, but he's a pretty decent number 2, he pours out his heart for the team, and he deserves ONE more shot) CB: Pique (He still would be a starter, but like Mascherank was this
season, I would slowly incorporate him out as he is more of a liability than an asset e.g super Copa, Roma, etc) CB: Marlon Santos (bring him back from loan and sell Vermaelen a as his
time is up) LB: Cucerella (I would promote him, and if he impresses enough, like the case with Umtiti
last season, he could
even replace Alba in the starting 11) DM: Arthur (Future at Barcelona!

They'd rather wait for the one
time it fails so they can bash You blame the manager for being favourist yet a fellow blogger praising a player he previously bashed is called being two faced You kill Ramsey for a blind pass attempting to enter the opposition final third yet you won't blame Sanchez for turning over the ball in a pointless dribble with three free team mates You kill metersacker for deflecting a shot into his own net but won't touch kos for getting out of the way of a shot he could have sufficiency blocked You claim with no substantial proof that arteta, mert, Ramsey, can not lead arsenal anywhere substantial yet they have each at a point been a massive cause for stability and progress when called upon
Even after reading this comment, you will ignore the fact that kos was awful until partnerd with mert, our defensive mid with song leaked more goals than the one with arteta and we've struggled to win without him at least until late
last season.
As I have stated many
times even with a horrendous injury record like
last season, we only fielded 33 players in all 5 competitions.
We have only seen his best in the
last few
seasons, he was virtually none - existence before then, we look @ Ramsey who was absolutely terrible prio to
last season, it took him almost three yrs to make any meaningful impact and yet Wenger stood by him, and he came good, look @ Wilsere, he has never been the same after beiing out for more than a year, look @ Eduado da silva, I culd go on and on, truth is, when you are out for that long, it takes
time for you to return to you usual level, it doesn't help his cause that he is not
even being used by wenger, how is he suppose to get the match sharpness that he needs?
of course the games against stoke, leicester etc would have gone a long way to seeing us challenge for the title
last season but for a long
time now we've been labelled flat track bullies i.e we are generally very good at beating opponents outside the top six but our record against man utd and chelsea maybe
even city quite recently has not reflected a team on the same level as those going for the premier league title.

Sanchez got much considerable starts & minutes under Guardiola but he didn't do much that
season &
even got injured at the latter part of the
season, the those
times Sanchez suffered been on the bench the most was under Tata Geraldo (that Argentine coach) & Luis Enrique, in his
last season in Barcelona when he was frequently coming from the bench but still managed to bag in 19 LA liga goals... y ’ all should quit this bullshit about Guardiola not liking him when it was Actually that brought him to barca & Sanchez's most starts & play
time in barca where all under Guardiola & Tito....

time as our coach has come to an end
even if we win the league which in fairness we have a great shot so going out of Europe could help us win the league for Wenger to leave on a high like fergie did... This has to be his
last season in charge along with Stan the Conman... Money needs put into this squad to get it to the next level and a different direction because in all honesty when we beat Bayern they just did nt take their chances like they did
last night and they already had a great squad and added to it in the summer with Costa etc... we had a real chance this year if we had brought in more than Cech and that is Wengers fault!
So weather he stays to run his contract out and than leave I don't give a damn I'm more than happy with that because I don't think anyone we sign would replace him, mbappe was amazing
last season but
even him, if he was to replace Sanchez it would take him
time to adjust to us and I don't think he will flow straight away if he was to come?
Dude you cant say it isnt wengers fault, look at what other manager have done, just
last week
even, Pep called out the board and demanded signings for next
season so did Benitez, Jose» has done it plenty of
times, these are managers that no what it takes to win and are not afraid of lossing there jobs where as Arsene with funds only buys a Chech
last season and now he's gonna say were short on bodies?????
why was Sanchez truly playing... no one believes he was too injured to play to start the
season, and some like myself would go as far to suggest he wasn't injured at all... so why play him... they can't say it was to appease the fans because when was that ever a factor at this club except when «panic buys» were in the offing... I believe that this was to give Arsenal a little leverage when it comes to negotiating his transfer... just imagine their horrible bargaining position if Sanchez never saw the field before the deadline then heading back to South America and played for Chile... regardless of the facts, this was sadly again another example of a team putting business ahead of fielding a team with the greatest chance to secure 3 points... of course, some will say that Sanchez is, or was, our best player, so obviously he's a no - brainer to start, but those who really watch the game know that his heart hasn't been truly in it for quite some
time...
even at the end of
last season you could see a definitive difference between the Sanchez who played for Chile and the one that played for Arsenal... that being said, 70 % of Sanchez is still better than a 100 % of the vast majority of our remaining roster... shame on you Arsene and shame on you too Sanchez for that telling smirk... I've supported your attempt to push this squad to the next level but don't pretend for a second that you didn't know you were being watched... don't lower your standards or you'll end up like this club, on the outside looking in
Its simple really, Wenger is a very poor manager and has been poor very almost 10 years now, he makes insanely stupid decisions and moves than not
even a non league manager would make e.g Kim Kallstrom, 40mil + 1 for Suarez, not siging an out field player
last season, playing Ozil on the left wing for some
time, Flamini siging, being snubbed by Vardy etc, the list goes on and on and on, Chelsea go in for Kante in within 4 days deal is done, But noooo Wenger goes in for crack head Vardy and gets snubbed, I'm sorry but if we had to choose over 2 new world class sigings or a new coach I'd opt for the new coach, Wenger is a poor poor manager, he ia lower than the level of our club, anyway thanks in advance for the thumbs down.....
The
last time i checked, we were in contract discussions
even before the begining of
last season....
Even with our somewhat disappointing
season last time around, there were only seven
times in 55 games when the Gunners drew a blank.
However, Theo can learn all of these traits, he has been selected as an out and out striker for Arsenal for only a few months (the tail end of
last season and the beginning of this) And after 8 years playing RW it is going to take him
time to adapt to CF.. The runs involved are different, the overall responsibilities are different, he will now get the ball in different positions than he is used to, and
even different sorts of passes than he is used to, this will take
time and patience for him to adapt.
This is an incredibly difficult question to answer for a variety of reasons, most importantly because over the years our once vaunted «beautiful» style of play has become a shadow of it's former self, only to be replaced by a less than stellar «plug and play» mentality where players play out of position and adjustments / substitutions are rarely forthcoming before the 75th minute... if you look at our current players, very few would make sense in the traditional Wengerian system... at present, we don't have the personnel to move the ball quickly from deep - lying position, efficient one touch midfielders that can make the necessary through balls or the disciplined and pacey forwards to stretch defences into wide positions, without the aid of the backs coming up into the final 3rd, so that we can attack the defensive lanes in the same clinical fashion we did years ago... on this current squad, we have only 1 central defender on staf, Mustafi, who seems to have any prowess in the offensive zone or who can
even pass two zones through so that we can advance play quickly out of our own end (I have seen some inklings that suggest Holding might have some offensive qualities but too early to tell)... unfortunately Mustafi has a tendency to get himself in trouble when he gets overly aggressive on the ball... from our backs out wide, we've seen pace from the likes of Bellerin and Gibbs and the spirited albeit offensively stunted play of Monreal, but none of these players possess the skill - set required in the offensive zone for the new Wenger scheme which requires deft touches, timely runs to the baseline and consistent crossing, especially when Giroud was playing and his ratio of scored goals per clear chances was relatively low (better
last year though)... obviously I like Bellerin's future prospects, as you can't teach pace, but I do worry that he regressed
last season, which was obvious to Wenger because there was no way he would have used Ox as the right side wing - back so often knowing that Barcelona could come calling in the off -
season, if he thought otherwise... as for our midfielders, not a single one, minus the more confident Xhaka I watched played for the Swiss national team a couple years ago, who truly makes sense under the traditional Wenger model... Ramsey holds onto the ball too long, gives the ball away cheaply far too often and abandons his defensive responsibilities on a regular basis (doesn't score enough recently to justify): that being said, I've always thought he does possess a little something special, unfortunately he thinks so too... Xhaka is a little too slow to ever boss the midfield and he tends to telegraph his one true strength, his long ball play: although I must admit he did get a bit better during some points in the latter part of
last season... it always made me wonder why whenever he played with Coq Wenger always seemed to play Francis in a more advanced role on the pitch... as for Coq, he is way too reckless at the wrong
times and has exhibited little offensive prowess yet finds himself in and around the box far too often... let's face it Wenger was ready to throw him in the trash heap when injuries forced him to use Francis and then he had the nerve to act like this was all part of a bigger Wenger constructed plan... he like Ramsey, Xhaka and Elneny don't offer the skills necessary to satisfy the quick transitory nature of our old offensive scheme or the stout defensive mindset needed to protect the defensive zone so that our offensive players can remain aggressive in the final third... on the front end, we have Ozil, a player of immense skill but stunted by his physical demeanor that tends to offend, the fact that he's been played out of position far too many
times since arriving and that the players in front of him, minus Sanchez, make little to no sense considering what he has to offer (especially Giroud); just think about the quick counter-attack offence in Real or the space and protection he receives in the German National team's midfield, where teams couldn't afford to focus too heavily on one individual... this player was a passing «specialist» long before he arrived in North London, so only an arrogant or ignorant individual would try to reinvent the wheel and / or not surround such a talent with the necessary components... in regards to Ox, Walcott and Welbeck, although they all possess serious talents I see them in large part as headless chickens who are on the injury table too much, lack the necessary first - touch and / or lack the finishing flair to warrant their inclusion in a regular starting eleven; I would say that, of the 3, Ox showed the most upside once we went to a back 3, but
even he became a bit too consumed by his pending contract talks before the
season ended and that concerned me a bit... if I had to choose one of those 3 players to stay on it would be Ox due to his potential as a plausible alternative to Bellerin in that wing - back position should we continue to use that formation... in Sanchez, we get one of the most committed skill players we've seen on this squad for some years but that could all change soon, if it hasn't already of course... strangely enough,
even he doesn't make sense given the constructs of the original Wenger offensive model because he holds onto the ball too long and he will give the ball up a little too often in the offensive zone... a fact that is largely forgotten due to his infectious energy and the fact that the numbers he has achieved seem to justify the means... finally, and in many ways most crucially, Giroud, there is nothing about this team or the offensive system that Wenger has traditionally employed that would
even suggest such a player would make sense as a starter... too slow, too inefficient and way too easily dispossessed... once again, I think he has some special skills and, at
times, has showed some world - class qualities but he's lack of mobility is an albatross around the necks of our offence... so when you ask who would be our best starting 11, I don't have a clue because of the 5 or 6 players that truly deserve a place in this side, 1 just arrived, 3 aren't under contract beyond 2018 and the other was just sold to Juve... man, this is theraputic because following this team is like an addiction to heroin without the benefits
Oli was not happy at the amount of game
time last season, and surely if Arsenal bring in
even more competition then he is likely to be sidelined
even further.
This
season will hopefully be a lot better, not that it would be difficult, and with an
even harder injury hit
season than
last time the manager must agree.
Even though this
time the number is better compared to
last season, the injuries to Per and Gabriel will force Wenger to dig his hand in the market.
Giroud is awful no matter how many
times you defend him he'll keep messing up, every Arsenal game Giroud gets on average about 5 chances at goal but he can't
even score 1, let me remind you that including end of
last season in the
last 11 Arsenal games Giroud has scored once!
Even Walcott and the Ox are a thousand
times better than
last season.
I must confess that

Second place
last season was the our best finish in the league in a whopping 11 years (and that was with ALL of our rivals messing up, this year they're much stronger), and I can't
even remember the
last time I saw Arsenal in a semi-final in Europe or
even a quarter - final for that matter.
While our away form so far this
season has not been great, the Emirates Stadium is feeling something like a fortress and the
last time we
even dropped points there was back at the beginning of April when Man City came to town.
The loss of Wilshere,
even though he was showing his best form for a long
time at the start of this
season, would not normally have been such a concern because our other young British central midfielder Aaron Ramsey had eclipsed Jack in the
last year or so and would probably have been the first choice anyway.
liverpool came close to win the league
last season, cn you compare their squad with arsenal, so many average players in that team.this
time they spend 100 million on so many average players, lalana, lambert, can,... I believe
even if wenger bring in messi you will still criticize him
Well im not in a wonderland he has his failings as we all do and great teams find a way to win good teams sit where we are 6 -5-4 but thats besides the point and it would be nice if your aunty had bolocks cause then we d be second but ive watched the games were an offensive team most the
time although were terrible in the pissing rain but for the most part the game plans have worked weve created chances quality scoring chances one after the other problem is for me the finishing unless we sit back with 9 man behind the ball or ten when you push forward you will give up a goal if you lousy forwards fail to finish the set ups have been there this year but our strikers have failed to kill the games if we create quality chances and grab leads in the first 60 minutes like we have for the most part and in those games those games should of been killed
even if we give a goal or two alongside the strategy but we failed to hit multiple should be goals we tried laca we'll see abou auba although hes a bit lazy so far but we'll see but we've lacked that quality in front goal a player the chances have been there im looking at the failure of the strikers and maybe that is his fault but monreal has scored as many goals recently as our strikers and thats sad our defenders or a midfielder will score and our stikers cant tally one in th first 60 mins of a game alongside them then were tired for
last 40 give them hope there still only down one and we rue our missed chances while they push thats where iv been frustrated with this
season not the tactics but the finishing
