I definitely loved doing hot yoga when I went 3 - 4
times per week, and saw much more of a difference than any plank / gym
routine I ever did, but it's very expensive (# 80
per month for unlimited, otherwise it's # 12
per class if I don't buy any kind of pass).
I am a new mum to a
week old baby and am exclusively pumping and want to use a
routine, I am just wondering do you just pump from one breast
per sessions or bit of both, currently I am doing 15 min alternating each breast
per feed e.g. 15 min right at 3 pm then 15 min on left at 6 pm (I currently get 3 - 4oz each
time)..

I lost about 13 kg and now I still eat well and workout to stay health but also cause I wan na lose about 4/5 kg I'm an endomorph and I recently have changed my fitness
routine: I do 2 - 3
times per week HIIT on treadmill and after that a 15 - 20 minute abs workout and 2 - 3
times resistance training (legs, arms) followed by a 15 - 20 minute power walk; I usually take 1 - 2 rest days /
