I make it 2 - 3
times per week for
breakfast, especially during the school year.
I've really been cutting back on my meat consumption over the last couple years (I probably only eat meat / seafood 2 - 3
times per week and never for
breakfast or lunch) and meals like this make it so easy to forget the meat.

per I made too much filling — so thought why not use the extras in my all
time favourite
breakfast — PORRIDGE.
After hearing the concerns of the HISD Nutrition Services Parent Advisory Committee, our school food department informed us yesterday that it has already reduced the number of
times juice is served to our children from five days a
week to three, that it's switching over to a lower - sugar (but not artificially sweetened) juice, and that it's entirely eliminating Craisins (which contain six teaspoons of sugar
per serving) from the
breakfast menu.
Interestingly, eating within two hours of going to sleep (3 or more
times per week) and snacking after dinner (think: the night munchies) were linked to changes in larger BMI; however, skipping

Identify what your worst habits are and then just aim to fix one of them this
week — it can be something small such as eating
breakfast, drinking more water, or even just going for a walk 3 - 4
times per week.
For instance, commit to having full nutritious meals (I'm talking
breakfast, lunch, and dinner) three
times per week.

per week, full daily hot
breakfasts, chef services, ski instruction and 24 - hour driving service.
Five days
per week will enjoy a routine like this: 6 am — 9:30 am: Free

Each
week, close to a thousand guests are served a hot meal four
times per week (Wednesday and Friday dinner, and Thursday and Sunday
