I have an opened
tin of chickpeas in the fridge and I just can't decide what to
do with them.
I used a
tin of cooked
chickpeas as I didn't realise you were supposed to soak overnight.
I must admit up until a few years ago I wouldn't have known what to to
do with a
tin of chickpeas!
Secondly, ideally you
do not want any salt in your aquafaba and all
tinned chickpea brands I am aware
of add sodium.
