It's only
a tiny bit of coconut oil, so (although I haven't tested the recipe with other oils and can't guarantee success), you should also be able to use a neutral - flavored oil or a bit of butter.
Line a loaf pan / bread tin (20 cm x 11 cm x 7 cm) with baking paper and lightly grease the ends with
a tiny bit of coconut oil.
Make sure to dry it with a towel after you clean it and if you're not going to be using it for a while rub
a tiny bit of coconut oil with a paper towel all over the pan.
