And that's really, you know, what led to this little quest
of podcast series on hidden causes
of high cortisol and what you can do about it is the fact that, perhaps, you don't necessarily want to just do yoga, and meditation on a Himalayan mountaintop, and a few easy walks in the
sunshine, and, you know,
tiny bits of exercise here and there.
In the meantime, while enjoying what's left
of the summer weather, some
of us will be maximising on the little
bit of sunshine left which allows us to still walk out the door in mini skirts and
tiny mules.
