I have land in two different states, one with a
house I can not afford to upkeep on my own but it has 10 acres and would make a nice
tiny house community however I am not sure if the zoning would allow it though it appears this county in Arkansas is pretty open in zoning requirements

community, not disparate individuals that just want a place to put a

communities in the U.S. and Latin America on land rights and sustainable
community development I know how important it is to be able to see a
tiny house in person and talk with people who are living in them before embarking on the huge endeavor of building one.
In addition, we've met with city officials, developers, and
community development groups to help them understand how
tiny houses can be a good example of urban infill and serve
as a small component of affordable
housing strategies and creative arts spaces in cities.
When it comes to the building and zoning obstacles that face many other
tiny house communities, Severn acknowledges that the process was made much easier by the support of the larger Olympia
community — and also by having all women county commissioners: «That was crucial — they instantly got the environmentally sustainable aspect of the village,
