Adding coconut milk with the potatoes makes it super creamy and rich, but don't forget there's lots of green goodness you'll barely be able to detect!
Transfer the cooled water and sugar mixture into a pitcher or a quart measuring cup
then add the coconut milk and the rose water.
If the blender gets stuck and won't mix any further,
add coconut milk in small increments until you are successful!
The peas become so hearty and creamy that I would really recommend going that route, instead
of adding coconut milk, of you're interested in pumping up the coconut flavor.
I went ahead and put it in the pan and popped it in the oven where it sat for about 4 minutes — until I realized I had
