This fried rice is not over salty on purpose because some people like to
add soy sauce on their plates.
Make the broth
by adding the soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic to 1 cup of water and placing over high heat.
Sprinkle with the nutritional yeast,
then add the soy sauce and liquid smoke, and stir quickly to coat the tofu slices evenly.
To the broth, I
also added some soy sauce and nutritional yeast, to make up for the umami flavor lost to making this meatless.
I love to sautee Mushrooms and Garlic in Butter and EVOO, then add White Wine and sometimes chicken or beef stock and reduce by half... but never thought of Soy Sauce... I'm thinking
of adding the Soy Sauce to the mix... What do you think?
Add brown sugar into water,
add soy sauce into it and let the fillets dip in this mixture for two hours in a refrigerator.
Add the garlic, ginger, shallots, chillies and black pepper and stir for another minute to soften
then add both soy sauces, stirring and allowing them to coat the pork.
Also add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, white pepper, and ground Sichuan peppercorn and stir to combine.
Add the soy sauce and about 2/3 of the scallions and stir to incorporate.
Add soy sauce and sesame oil and toss to coat.
POUR 2 tablespoons of juice from mandarin oranges into medium bowl;

add the soy sauce, green onions and salt, stir until everything is well combine, about 3 more minutes.
Add soy sauce and Shaoxiang wine and then stir fry, stirring regularly until rice is heated up and cooked through.
Add soy sauce mixture and broccoli mixture.
Add soy sauce to your taste.
On my second try
I added some soy sauce and broccoli... Delicious.
