These taste delicious but should update the recipe to include the instructions for adding the vanilla extract
Bring cream just to a boil, add the lavender and vanilla bean, remove from heat, cover and let sit for 30 minutes / Strain through a sieve,
add vanilla extract if not using the bean and refrigerate until well chilled / Whip with 1/4 C sugar until it forms stiff peaks / Serve immediately or reserve whipped cream in fridge for up to 2 hours.
If you're looking to tinker with the recipe, you can add a little extra Greek yogurt to make the smoothie more creamy, or you can make it more sweet
by adding some vanilla extract or a few teaspoons of sugar.
Add vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/8 teaspoon salt.
Add vanilla extract and beat until just combined, followed by the blood orange juice and blood orange zest.
Add the vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon of water or milk and mix until smooth.
Add vanilla extract and remaining container of yogurt (3/4 cup) and mix well with fork (dough will be very shaggy).
Add vanilla extract and sour cream.
Add the vanilla extract and lemon juice.
Add the vanilla extract and 1/3 cup of the blueberries; blend until smooth.
Add the vanilla extract and melted chocolate mixture and beat to combine.
From the original recipe, I eliminated everything lemon and
added vanilla extract.
