I would suggest leaving out the tomato and adding in more tahini instead which will help to
bind the mixture together.
Hi Dee, they are quite necessary in the recipe to
bind the mixture together but you always try dates instead although they won't turn out the same.
I made them with just 2tbsp of honey — they are nice and soft but do I need the honey to help
bind the mixture — as I might prefer just one tbsp next time?
