If you don't have any close friends or family that are willing to stop by and care for your rabbit, consider asking them if you can bring them to their house for them to watch.
Most of these are given up by their owners because the owners have too many rabbits or unplanned litters and can not house them and so are no longer able to care for their rabbits.
Our organization strives to provide bunny parents with information to help them care for their rabbit as well as offer an outlet to meet and talk with others who share an interest in pet rabbits.
Over 500 intake applications were received, mainly from owners who can not care for their rabbits, but also from teachers who have classroom rabbits or those who find rabbits outside where they won't survive.
