This is the first time I've ever
followed a meal plan for a week, but I think I'll be doing it more often now because it's so convenient.
You have to eat specifically the foods that they're telling you and you have to
follow the meal plan exactly as it is to see the best results.
I'm
also following a meal plan this week with yummy fall recipes like pumpkin spice quinoa pancakes and butternut squash and kale lasagna.
The accountability of going in a few days a week made it so much easier to not
only follow the meal plan but to also get in my other workouts!
