In a large bowl cream together mascarpone cheese, cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, corn flour, milk and vanilla essence until
it forms a smooth batter.
Add remaining ingredients and whisk to
form a smooth batter.
Place all ingredients into a large microwave - safe mug and mix vigorously with a spoon to
form a smooth batter.
Stir well to
form a smooth batter.
Add water and whisk to
form a smooth batter.
Add this to the dry mix to
form a smooth batter.
Add in dry ingredients and pulse the food processor until the dry has become fully incorporated with the wet,
forming a smooth batter.
Whisk in the water to
form a smooth batter.
Combine the wet and the dry ingredients to
form a smooth batter.
Carefully stir in the dry ingredients, adding more milk as needed to
form a smooth batter.
Add the wet mixture to the dry and stir to
form a smooth batter.
In a large bowl, whisk chickpea flour, rice flour, turmeric, baking soda, cayenne pepper and water to
form a smooth batter (It will be slightly thin).
Mix to
form a smooth batter.
