What gives you the incentive to
get your butt to the gym?
You know you need to
get your butt to the gym but your body is telling you to take it easy.
I have to say I'm pretty happy with how this week went, AND I managed to
get my butt to the gym four times this week like I planned to, despite really not wanting to go and almost not making it on two occasions.
If you want to be successful then you need to
get your butt to the gym.
In addition to working, I like to
get my butt to the gym.
