Between traveling and staying with family (or in hotels), it can be really hard to even
get to a gym at all.
Since starting this insane endeavor, I picked up a few tips to make
getting to the gym in the AM less painful (and more possible).
Even when I'm traveling, like going overseas, I always try to
get to the gym for at least a short workout.
In fact, the logistics
of getting to the gym, getting changed, and finally working out may kill time and your motivation.
You can cater your wins strictly toward business, or pepper in some other important tasks too (
like getting to the gym).
I swear the hardest part is
just getting to the gym, but once I'm there and I am working out I feel a hundred times better!
If you can
only get to the gym 3 days a week, use those days to do your pure strength training.
She's convinced me that movement can be just as nutritious as food... and she's not just talking
about getting to the gym.
For those who do stick with their memberships, they may not
get to the gym as often as they like — or should.
Figure out how to get there more (which may mean
getting to the gym less) for all the answers you truly need are inside.
If you don't have
time get to a gym, this routine will give you the best bang for your buck using the best strength - training machine out there: your body.
Lastly, it allows me to be healthier by being able to make lunches at home and
get to the gym right after work with no commute time!
Just seeing their posts on my feed makes me want to grab a workout buddy and
get to the gym ASAP.
I also try and
