have a dehydrator you can use the oven on the lowest setting with the door propped open with a wood spoon handle, and check and stir the pieces now and then.

I looked into it and Apparantly if
you have a dehydrator you can soak your beans over night first to reduce phyctic acid then dehydrate and blend it into flour and it should work just as well.

you have a dehydrator, you can dry it, and then grind it into an almond flour, and use it from there.
