Progressive Retinal Atrophy, more commonly known as PRA, is a general term for a group of diseases causing degeneration of the retina,
leading to a loss of vision.
Increased pressure can be painful and
lead to loss of vision.
Glaucoma increases levels of fluid within the eyeball,
leading to loss of vision.
Catastrophic injuries include injuries that
lead to the loss of vision or hearing, burn injuries, amputations, paralysis, spinal cord injuries, paraplegia and quadriplegia, and traumatic brain injuries.
