I love
making pancakes from scratch and experimenting with different ingredients to make yummy, nutritious pancakes.
I do
n't make pancakes in the morning much for the very same reason... I'm impatient, and possibly just plain lazy.
Watching her in the kitchen is certainly where my love of cooking came from, but it was the rituals like
making pancakes on a special day each year I loved the most.

Making these pancakes today and having a kitchen failure made me realise how long it had been since I'd completely stuffed up a recipe.

tried making these pancakes with just almond flour but I think they should turn out ok but with a slightly different texture.

make pancakes because I'm terrible at flipping them and they're always somehow simultaneously burnt and raw - but I love them so much!
The one I used was pretty much browned 80 % on the outside,
which made the pancakes wonderfully and naturally sweet.
My favorite meal to make with my little ones are their favorites... for breakfast they like to
help make pancakes and for dinner, they like to help with spaghetti!
I have
