I either add sausage or seasoned ground beef to the pasta / cheese mix and broccoli or baby spinach to
make it a full meal in a dish.
Love the capers and the herbs and especially like that you've
made it a full meal with the chickpeas (or lentils) and kale.
You can keep this plant based & vegetarian or you can add chicken in it to

This is so similar to a smoothie I've been making lately except that I've been adding protein powder to
