If you'd like to try and work around this issue, vigorously mix the flour with some of the stock before
pouring it into the pan with the vegan butter.
Anyway, the recipe makes a beautiful, stretchy, wet dough — which I did not need to so much
as pour into my pan, as dump and then pat gently into shape.
Stir in chocolate, reserving a tablespoon or two to sprinkle over the top of the cake batter
after poured into pan.
What I love about these blondies is that they are easier to prepare than cookies — since you
just pour into a pan and bake — and they are nutritionally dense enough to actually leave you feeling satisfied.
Once the oil has melted, use about a 1/4 cup of the mix and
pour into the pan.
All you do is mix in oil, an egg and some water to the powdered mix,
pour it into a pan, and bake.
Take a level scoop of batter and

When I removed the beaters the marshmallow mixture kept its shape exactly like this until

You'll want to heat the chocolate, milk and butter over low heat until it's all melted and smooth, then add the vanilla and salt and stir until smooth and incorporated, then
pour into the pan.
Pour into pan and scatter fruit evenly over batter.
You can probably tell from the photos that the egg in back broke as
I poured it into the pan which meant it was a little more well done at the end.
There was no traditional folding and definitely
no pouring into the pan.
Pour into the pan and place in the oven for 20 - 25 mins or until a skewer comes out clean... if in doubt, take them out early, an over gooey brownie has never been a problem!
I uncrossed my fingers so I could
pour it into the pan, then put it in the oven.
Fold in blueberries and
