Many mothers who have to join the workplace soon again after delivering a baby face embarrassment, confusion and fear because of lack of support for
pumping breast milk at work.
To do so, you'll need to
pump breast milk while at work, you'll need to know your rights, and you'll need a plan.
Place your freshly
pumped breast milk into the refrigerator and allow it to cool for 30 minutes to 1 hour before adding it to a container of frozen breast milk.
This can be done
by pumping breast milk, or by supplementing with a few ounces of baby formula here and there.
