I am absolutely obsessed with avocados and have just recently
started putting them in smoothies... they make such a delicious difference to the flavour & texture so will definitely be trying this!
I had a question
about putting them in a smoothie, would we be blending the seeds with the almond milk and hemp protein or just adding them after we mix the later two.
I started
putting it in my smoothies everyday and after a week I broke out with about 4 or 5 cystic pimples on my chin — which hasn't happened in probably 10 years (since becoming vegan).

The color may depend on the kind of cherries you use — I always buy frozen dark sweet cherries at Whole Foods (even though they're called sweet cherries, there's no sugar added) because I love to
