The recipe was adapted to make it healthier by
replacing the butter with coconut oil, whole wheat pastry flour for all - purpose flour, and regular oats for quick oats.
Coconut oil
replaces the butter in this recipe however, if you don't like coconut oil, use vegan butter instead!
I have noticed some people do
replace butter for coconut oil in recipes, and use the same amount without a problem.
