How many times have you tried to follow a diet plan, but you couldn't
resist cravings for food, especially at night?
This is especially true when you are just starting with a new and healthier diet during which it can get pretty hard to
resist the cravings at least until you adjust.

Summer is the hardest time to

If someone is serious about a diet, and serious about losing weight, then they should be strong enough to
resist the cravings, like they have been doing throughout their diet plan.
