Since my original post above, I have experimented with omitting SFAs low PUFAs and ate mostly MUFAs to
see if it made any difference vs. eating a diet higher in SFAs, MUFAs, low PUFAs.
I have been listening though, and thought it would be a good week to experiment with a (mostly) dairy free, and slightly lower calorie plan this week to
see if it makes a difference for some of you as far as weight loss for the week goes.
I would definitely try photographing it again with a pair of traditional pumps and then with a pair of ballet flats and
