Walking and running posed no problem in my experience, and these are the first earbuds I've used that managed to
stay in my ears while playing disc golf.
Because this was super cramped and the headphones they gave you were bad quality and did

These earbuds are specifically made to
stay in your ears during high - impact sports, so they're a perfect pick for anyone who needs something that can stand up to sweat or just your busy everyday life.
Unfortunately, the AirPods are not water or sweat resistant and are not designed to
stay in your ears with lots of excessive movement, so they can't be used while out running.
(If you're feeling bold, go ahead and stick it in her ear for her;) The key is that the other
earbud stays in your ear, preferably the one closer to her...

stay in your ears.
The only thing is, I have never yet found a way to make
them stay in my ears; there's something about the shape that just isn't compatible with my lugs.
And I have to say, I've been astounded at how well
these stay in my ear.
