I pretty much
stuck to the recipes as given, and enjoyed the meal immensely; I love that you used buckwheat flour and I am going to give that a try next time!
Of course, I think the mix I've suggested below makes a pretty awesome bowl, so if you prefer to
stick to a recipe then definitely try this one.
I rarely measure ingredients and don't
really stick to recipes — so I will attempt to put measurements below, but treat them as a guide.

never stick to a recipe, I also added some flour and other things and created these most wonderful tasting chocolate cookies but they were more cakey then cookie like in texture due to the reduced added sugars.
